Where is the Conservative Bill that Slashes the EPA and the FBI?

Rich Stern of the Heritage Foundation tells Steve Bannon that two people can come together to negotiate the federal budget. The side with the most conviction always wins. "As much as you and I can look at Biden's budget and say 'This is more of a scam and more papering over theft of the American middle class,' Biden and his team have conviction. They are willing to put out a budget that is hundreds of billions of dollars more theft from the American public," Stern said. "What have conservatives put up in Congress? A $29 billion increase in spending. Where is the real conservative brass tax offering of a cut to spending?" Stern urged Republicans to act bold.
