(5/1/19) Malliotakis: Beware of the Verrazzano two way tolling Ponzi scheme

Don't tell me that additional revenue from two way tolling on the Verrazzano bridge will go to maintenance on the bridge, any extra revenue should go to lower the tolls for Brooklyn and Staten Island residents, period.
