The EASIEST pork steak sandwich EVER

Is this the perfect snack? We try and find out while we prepare one of Portugal most famous snacks. Bifanas. This pork steak sandwiches are easy to make and will make you salivate to no end.

Ingredients

0.5 kg Bifanas (thinly sliced pork steaks)
100g Lard
100g Butter
1 dl Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 cloves of Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tablespoon Paprika
200 cl White Wine
4 Bread Rolls
White Wine Vinegar
Lemon
