👀 The rule is set to take effect on March 11.
New rule where companies will get rid of 1099 workers... they must be listed on payroll as an employee. Ex: independent delivery ppl who aren't employed by the company but drive for them, they get a 1099 instead of being hired as an employee.
When he says Wow... he means WOW!
Edit- yes I believe he meant 1099...too early for me, lol
