In the distant past, in the year 771 BC, I, Romulus, was born to the Vestal Virgin Rhea Silvia and the god Mars. My twin brother, Remus, and I were abandoned at birth and left to perish on the banks of the Tiber River. However, fate had other plans for us.

We were discovered and raised by a she-wolf, who nurtured and protected us until we were found by a shepherd named Faustulus. He took us in and raised us as his own, unaware of our royal lineage.

As we grew older, Remus and I learned of our true heritage and set out to reclaim our birthright. We founded the city of Rome on the Palatine Hill, but our ambitions soon led to conflict. In a fateful dispute over the city's boundaries, I slew my brother Remus, becoming the sole ruler of Rome.

I dedicated myself to the task of building a great city, fortifying its walls, and establishing its institutions. I invited outcasts and exiles to join me, creating a new community that would grow into a mighty empire.

Under my leadership, Rome flourished, and I became its first king, ruling with wisdom and justice. My legacy endures in the very foundations of Rome, and my name lives on in history as the legendary founder of one of the greatest civilizations the world has ever known.
