Sheriff Nielsen explains why Dep. Pickett's K9 partner is at prosecutor's press conference

The Boone Co. prosecutor announced formal charges Tuesday in connection with the fatal shooting of Dep. Jacob Pickett. Sheriff Mike Nielsen said he thought it was important that the deputy's K9 partner was there to hear the charges.
