Time TO ACT HIV AIDS Awareness Day December 1994 Ocean City Plymouth. I was making a documentary on the event in Plymouth.The Parade started at the University of Plymouth and ended at the Theatre Royal Plymouth. With speeches from people from all walks of life. Paul was a happy go lucky guy on the parade. So, I asked him if I could have an interview. The project was for something I was doing at Plymouth College of art.
