The field's eels and loaches have put on weight, and shortly rice seedlings will be planted.
I used to catch eels and loaches as a kid with the intention of selling them.
Even though I no longer sell it for a profit, I still catch it occasionally during this season and prepare a couple delectable meals with it. I create a few special Sichuan delicacies to taste, such pickled eel, garlic-roasted loach, and incredibly fresh loach tofu soup, and offer it with those.
