They call this the Golden Stonefly Nymph. Tied here in olive instead of yellow.

Hook: nymph (weighted?)
Tail: moose mane
Rib: choice ribbing material, here Peacock herl quill
Body: yarn, yellow for the Golden, here light olive wool
Wing casing: Swiss straw (raffia)
Hackle legs: sized soft hackle
