Despite widespread devastation and dire humanitarian conditions in Gaza, the attacks show no sign of easing. Every part of Gaza has been targeted in the last 24 hours. Of concern is the heavy bombardment hitting the al-Mawasi evacuation zone, where residents were previously ordered to relocate by the Israeli army. Among the dead are at least eight Palestinians who were sheltering in a tent.

Around 16 individuals, primarily women, children, and the elderly, already struggling with health issues and poor living conditions, have been evacuated to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah. This assault on what was deemed a safe area has shattered any remaining sense of security for the traumatized population. Notably, this marks the third instance of heavy aerial bombardment in the al-Mawasi zone.
