Max Payne is a fugitive DEA agent and former NYPD detective whose wife Michelle and newborn daughter were killed in connection with the Valkyr drug case. Max then goes undercover in the mob and eventually becomes a one-man-army vigilante, waging a personal war on crime.

📢Chapter 1: THE AMERICAN DREAM
🔴Part 4: The Blood Veins of New York

From the elevator turn left. Listen the thugs talking, and then blast all three of them. Listen to the TV for plot points. Break open all of the small boxes for ammo. Enter the room with the green light above it, and on the left-hand side is a propane tank; when the two thugs see you, shoot it to handily finish them off. Another one is hiding on the other side of the room. Dust him. Collect ammo from the small boxes. In the next room with the heater, pick up the paper on the floor and pick up the baseball bat. Check cabinets for goodies. Walk up the stairs, and use Bullet Time or Molotov Cocktails to nail the thugs in the kitchen. Obtain medicine in the cabinet. Walk up the wooden stairs and enter the lobby. In the lobby, listen to thugs, check cabinets, and open the double-door on the left side, but don't enter. Use a Molotov Cocktail to light on fire four thugs. If throw it in the middle of the group the Cocktail will light them all on fire.

🔴Part 5: Let the Gun Do the Talking

Walk to the pawnbroker, and nail the two thugs inside. Collect ammo inside. Go to the newspaper dealer, and read the headlines for story info. Hit the gray van to set off an alarm to alert the guards down the stairs, this way they won't ambush you later. Nail them. Open the van's back doors and get a pump-action shotgun. Walk down the stairs. Enter the room downstairs, then enter a room with two junkies and smack them. Walk down the hall. At the T-intersection of the hallway, look left and you'll see two propane tanks. Throw a Molotov Cocktail at them, and watch as one fires off a missile down the hallway. If any thugs survive prepare to kill them and walk down the hallway.
