RFK Racing Appeals NASCAR's Penalties

RFK Racing appealed the penalties doled out to the pit crew of Chris Buescher's No. 17 Ford Mustang team. Given the penalties are currently being appealed, the crew members will be able to man the pit crew at Phoenix while the penalty is reviewed.
