Icon Inline Wire Strippers - Who Made These & What are They for?

In this video we review the Icon "Made in USA" in-line wire strippers (p/n: 59152) from Harbor Freight.
I'll use my tool detective skills to try and figure out who makes these.
Similar tools are also being sold by both Snap-On and Southwire.
These are in-line wire strippers, so they have four front-holes which you can use to strip wire in an outlet box, where you have limited side access.
However, these are limited to four size wires, neither of which is ideal for automotive or 120 volt work...
