IDIOT PROWLERS AND VANDALS

Here's some CCTV which I videoed off a screen till I started to go directly to a USB stick for vastly improved quality, but you still get the idea quite plainly here. These two idiots decided to remove bush rocks from adjacent my driveways (I have 2) and throw them across the road to neighbouring properties!! This is at Stanwell Tops, New South Wales, Australia.
