Extended Catholic family mourns slain student

Gregory Thompson Jr. had a life story similar to many Cincinnatians: A family embedded in the city's Catholic community, a Catholic school education, and recognition for his work on the football field. But then it was cut short, leaving relatives, classmates and mentors to wonder why.
