From time to time, I like to mix things up and break out from my usual routine, including my regular dining and drinking haunts, so as to try new joints.

And so the story goes, that on a balmy Thursday night, on the outskirts of town (here in Udon Thani), that I put on my walking shoes (literally), before lacing up my drinking boots (figuratively) to visit the awesome ลาบก้อยซอยคาเขียง.

My fried rice, with extra garlic and fried egg, was just delish and even better when partnered with some icy cold Chang beers.

Service with smile throughout.

Ample car parking.

Solid range of Thai ands Isaan cuisine.
