Last week on Don’t Talk TV we had a look at the government Bill C-63 which increased penalties for so-called hate crimes as well as introduced some other troubling things like a pre-crime house arrest availability on 810 peace bonds. This week I want to cover a private members Bill that had gone a bit under the radar, including for me, I just noticed it this week that I believe is even more troubling and that is Bill C-367
