I get to try Kelly Loves Katsuo Udon, and Bulgogi Udon by Mrs Corea alongside my mom, and getting to try both to see their worth.

Kelly Love Katsuo Udon is created by Kellly Choi, who was born in South Korea but also lived in Japan for a while and now lives in England with her husband and family. Her favorite food her mother fed her was katsuo udon.
Bulgogi udon by the food company Mrs Corea is a classic udon style but with Korean marinated beef.
Trying out but the noodles, soup, and flavors, Kelly Loves had the better soup and flavors of a good katsuo udon, but Mrs Corea won with the classic udon noodle type that is commonly used in noodle shops in Japan.
