This is the Helter Skelter Door theatrical prop used LIVE on stage in "Piggie, Piggie, Dumb, Dumb, Dumb" - a One Man Play about Charles Manson written, directed, produced and performed by Michael James Fry on March 11th & 12th, 1986, at the Celebration Theatre (now called the Herbst Theatre) at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
