Conifer Sulphur Shelf

The Conifer Sulphur Shelf (Laetiporus conifericola) is a brown-rot polypore fungus/fungi that grows on conifer logs, trunks, and stumps in late summer and in autumn. The Conifer Sulphur Shelf can be found throughout Western North America and is also known as the Chicken Of The Woods.
