It trained in Mexico to use 3 teams in a triangulated hit on a moving target from distance with high-powered rifles outfitted with scopes. Then Kennedy turned off the anti-Castro operations. To turn them back on again, the S Force changed targets, using the same tactics they'd been trained in, and keeping the same patsy who'd already been set up to take the fall. That's why 8 members of the original S Force were in Dallas on November 22, 1963. When 5 members of the original S Force were arrested at the Watergate in 1972, Nixon panicked. Especially when he realized 3 of the Watergate burglars had been in Dallas (4 if you count Nixon himself). The cover-up of the Watergate Scandal was less about Watergate than it was about Dallas. The same cast of characters caught at the Watergate had assassinated JFK in Dallas 11 years prior. Which is why Nixon kept talking about the "Bay of Pigs" on the tapes - his code for the JFK assassination.
