Harriers Hawk Hunting

This Hawk is not that common in our area. A pair showed up a few yrs. in a row about 10yrs ago. Then I didn't see them for a couple yrs. Then one has been popping in the last couple yrs. for one day only.
I read they have a short life span in the wild. Just a few yrs :(
