"I have been a believer for many years and have very little joy. I often battle depression and get down about the events that are happening around me. I know I’m supposed to keep my mind on eternal things but it's hard when I am bombarded with bad news all around. My christian life seems to ebb and flow but mostly ebb. How can I get a different perspective?"
