Cooking recipe and ingredients:

900 g beef liver.
Remove the film from the beef liver.
Remove the film from the other side of the liver.
Divide into 2 parts.
Cut into a thin layer.
Cut into 4-5 cm rectangles.
Cover with cling film.
Beat off the liver pieces with a hammer.
Heat 30-40 ml vegetable oil.
150 g wheat flour.
Roll in flour.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Turn over and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
