Bill C-63 the Online Harms Act : Canada's Minority Report

Justin Trudeau's Canadian Government has put forward Bill C-63 the Online Harms Act which fights harms against children, but adds a dystopian set of laws to criminalize hate that is yet to be defined. There are red flags, many many tyrannical red flags. Also known as the "Thought Crimes" Bill.
