Man accused of punching driver, three children in car

A Naples man was arrested for reportedly striking a driver while children were in the back seat, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said in a report. Deputies responded to the incident happening at Green Blvd and Whistlers Green Circle in Naples, Saturday. The victim told deputies that three children were in the vehicle when she picked up 35-year-old Olindo Lucas from his apartment. The two began arguing and that's when Olindo reportedly hit the victim in the face and pulled on the steering wheel. The victim was able to pull to the side of the road safely and Olindo fled on foot towards his apartment. Olindo was located by deputies and arrested. He remains at the Naples Jail Center with Battery charges.
