Woman on Xanax spits on Collier County deputy

A Naples woman under the influence of drugs is accused of spitting on a deputy, The Collier County Sheriff's Office said in a report. On Saturday, deputies arrived to home on Perignon Place in reference to a medical emergency. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the reporter who said 22-year-old Felisha Soto had taken a Xanax and was acting strange. The reported stated that Soto was throwing things around and even jumped out the second window floor of the home onto the pavement. Once EMS arrived on scene to asses Soto she reportedly spit on a deputy, CCSO said in a report. Soto was transported to Physicians Regional where she was medically cleared for jail. She was arrested and charged with Battery.
