(You can add seasonings of your choice for extra flavor}

👉🏾Roasted Sweet Potatoes
3 lbs Sweet Potatoes
2 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Oregano
2 pinches black pepper
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours!

👉🏾Sauteed Veggies or Stir-fry lol
1.5 lbs Frozen Normady Blend Veggies
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 pinches Black Pepper
1 tbs Fresh Garlic
1 tbs Olive Oil
