E1-'Soria Pie': Small Compared to the Pie We're About to Slice! Name Your Pie!"

OWNERSHIP LAUNDERING!

This discussion centers on the criminal claims currently open with the Orange County District Attorney's Office (DA). You have already cc'd your DA on your initial claim, which involves identity, title, Social Security Number, and estate theft as part of a sophisticated real estate fraud scheme. In this scheme, our identities are exploited to allow criminals to evade taxes while they systematically strip us of our possessions.

This issue transcends foreclosure. Foreclosure is merely one aspect of the damage incurred, akin to impacts on health, credit, familial stability, and more. We are victims of an intricate real estate fraud operation and are hereby requesting a meeting for all involved parties. We also request Zoom accommodation for individuals with ADA concerns or those located out of the area. The ties that bind us include the S.E.C.U.R.E. registration system and the evidence destruction by Judge Carter, alongside numerous encounters with the same attorneys and fraudulent trusts, including Steven Dailey, Scott Hansen, Wolf Law Firm, McCarthy & Holthus, Ocwen, Quality Loan Servicing, Chase, HSBC, MERS, BONYM, Wells Fargo, Select Portfolio Servicing, et al. Anyone who submitted paperwork in the Powers v. BONYM case possesses a claim.

It is crucial for all involved to recognize that the criminal claims with the Orange County District Attorney remain active. Although Real Estate Fraud Investigator John Minn has been unresponsive for over a year, I have persistently communicated with the DA's office on behalf of us all. Assistant DA Lesley Young has been the primary point of contact for our correspondence.

Patrick Soria's prosecution in Orange County, led by prosecutor Lesley Young and presided over by Judge Dale Fischer, included victims nationwide. We seek similar legal action. The SECURE software, which interfaces with recorder's offices across the country—regardless of contractual obligations—is a critical component of our case. The time for "low hanging fruit" solutions by three-letter agencies to placate the public is over!
