fridigidaire product warranty cant warranty

bought a air fryer for Christmas. thing is a price of garbage. called Frigidaire in January to start a ticket for warranty. they make me go to some website and use their portal to upload personal info and picture's/video. but it doesn't work, then they ask me all my information again through email. its March btw at this point. so here I am uploading a video to rumble about my pos airfryer because I can't fit a video clip in an email. I told the wife yesterday that were never buying another fridigidaire product ever again.
