65 SHOTS 15 SECOND - video shows chaotic San Francisco police shootout

San Francisco police released body camera videos of a shootout in which seven officers unloaded 65 shots at a suspect. Cleveland Police Department Detective Stephen Loomis said cops are trained to shoot until the threat is gone.
