How to Naturally Cure Strabismus

Step 1: Relax and Realign
The journey begins with learning to relax your eyes. Techniques such as palming, where you gently cup your eyes with your palms to soothe them, and frequent blinking can significantly alleviate eye strain. It's beneficial to practice these exercises in fresh air, maintaining a calm and stress-free state. This environment facilitates the normal training of eye muscles. To address the spasmodic muscle causing the misalignment, you can use warmth from a glass of hot tea. By warming your hands on the glass and then covering your eyes, you help relax the tense muscles. Incorporating light swaying and eye movements that stretch and relax the eyes further supports this process. For detailed exercises, check out the "Sviaton exercise" on my channel.

Step 2: Strengthen the Weaker Eye
Now, we focus on the stronger eye by covering it, either with your palm or a patch, compelling the weaker eye to work harder. This can be practiced by watching TV from a side that challenges the weaker eye, encouraging it to align properly. If both eyes are affected, alternate between them. This stage is crucial for making the weaker eye more active and reducing its dependency.

Step 3: Synchronize Your Eyes
The final step is to achieve harmony between both eyes. You can do this by following a brightly colored object with your eyes. Moving it back and forth, as well as closer and further away, trains your eyes to work together. Accommodation exercises, such as shifting focus from nearby objects to those in the distance, further enhance this synchrony. The goal is to balance muscle tension and ensure both eyes contribute equally to vision, creating a unified and improved visual experience.

By consistently practicing these steps, you can gradually overcome strabismus, leading to a more stable and clearer vision. It's a journey of patience and persistence, but the reward of seeing the world with both eyes in harmony is truly worth it.
