The West has been a goldmine for escaping poverty for the last 60 years. Anyone saying otherwise is straight-up lying, to themselves and to everyone else. They're just in denial, blind to reality.

People stuck in poverty today? They're mostly their own worst enemy. Opportunities to climb out are everywhere. Pointing fingers at race, gender, or the so-called elite is just an easy way out. Yeah, some of the elite might want to keep you down, but they can't hold back anyone who's truly determined to succeed.

Crying that the system is rigged against you? That's a flat-out lie. It's a pathetic excuse. The West is all about making it from the bottom to the top. If you're not climbing, it's because you're not really trying.
