Legend of Kay DS: Inside the Tent/Fence OoB Glitch

Just a small little out of bounds glitch I found while playing this bad game called Legend of Kay for the Nintendo DS, which is basically a stripped down and rundown bad remake of the original. The original Legend of Kay for the PS2 and so on, which I've played, is a far better game than this. Interestingly, there are some additional story elements in this game not found in the original, and I don't know if you would consider that canonical, or not.

Anyways in this video, at Level 4 "It's getting harder" zone, if you double jump at that spot between the fence and the tent, you can clip either inside the fence, or tent. Once inside, I couldn't get out by jumping, so I just "End Game" and restart again to spawn back at the camp. Difficulty level of this glitch is: easy. Is this the first glitch video of Legend of Kay DS? :D
