Making Hummus (Unedited)

There's many recipes out there.This is what I did:
1. I soaked the Hummus (Chickpea/Garbanzo) in deep water with a bit baking soda
for 24 hours.
2. Wash it thoroughly and cooked it for 3 hours till they were soft enough to squish easily.
3. SMASH OR GRIND IT TO A PASTE
While adding Salt, olive oil, Lemon-Lime, Tahiti and Hummus broth While mixing the Hummus.
