Obviously the Gvt. is trying to recoup their massive spending during Covid. Do you believe this huge surge in land tax is fair in any way, shape or form? Absolute disgrace, in my opinion. How the F do they justify this surge in price rate. Over 100 percent in such a short amount of time.

It's just my tin foil hat theory but it's like they don't even expect you to pay, but it's just another land grab.
