Episode #28 Grassroots Meeting!!!

Dr. Mike started the meeting discussing with us a part of Morley Robbins book "Cure Fatigue". The concepts from this discussion led most of the discussions but we had some other topics like good natural sleep meds and red laser helmets and nicotine patches to name a few. We also discussed some of the speakers we now have lined up for the 2024 calendar year.
