Do you love to have a nice warm bowl of soup on a cold winter night? I know we do! We are excited to share with you our homemade recipe of minestrone soup. I have been making this recipe for so long, I can't even remember the first time I made it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. God bless

Our recipe for
hamburger 1 1/2 lb per batch
salt 1/2 teaspoon per lb
pepper just under 1/4 per lb
garlic powder 1 tsp per lb
onion powder 1 teaspoon per lb
italian Seasoning 1 teaspoon per lb
Basil 1 teaspoon per lb
parsley 1 teaspoon per lb
pepper about 1/4 teaspoon per lb
5 onions 1 to 2 per lb
A Quart Beef broth in each pot
Carrots and Celery
2 to 3 per batch or more if you like
A Quart and a half whole tomato per batch
1 can beans per batch
1 can tomato sauce per batch
sausage 1 lb per batch
cabbage half a head per batch

per batch in onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
about 1/4 teaspoon pepper
