Today, we gather to confront a common human tendency that has plagued humanity since the dawn of time - The blame game. In the Scriptures we witness the consequences of shifting blame and failing to take responsibility for our actions. Let us delve into the Bible to glean wisdom and guidance on how we can break free from the cycle of blame and embrace personal accountability. May we learn from the mistakes of Adam, Eve, Aaron, and others who failed to take responsibility for their actions, and instead, strive to embrace personal accountability in our own lives. Let us resist the temptation to shift blame onto others and instead, humbly acknowledge our shortcomings, seek forgiveness, and pursue a path of redemption and restoration. May our journey towards personal accountability bring glory to God and serve as a testimony to His transforming power in our lives.
