3 cups Mini Marshmallows
2 tablespoons Butter
4 cups All Purpose Flour
6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1 cup Neutral Flavored Oil
4 Eggs
Vanilla

Cream Cheese Frosting
v16 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
8 oz Butter (Also Room Temp)
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
Vanilla
Optional Gel based Green Food Coloring
