Tesla Crashing into a Ditch After Blinded by Headlights | Teslcam Live

Hello everyone, it's with a heavy heart that I write to you. I had a road accident that could have been quite serious.

I was driving quietly and a car on the opposite side was at the headlight. I couldn't see absolutely nothing and once I passed it there were two small vehicles hidden behind it. I freaked out when I saw these, except there was a pin turn right after and I went straight into the ditch.
Take care of yourself.

Now that insurance does its job, I don't know if the person in front of the headlight who I think is dangerous driving can be held responsible. Have you ever had a similar case?
