1/2 cup milk any
2 tbsp skyr yogurt or greek yogurt
1 banana
1 cup frozen mix berries
10 pieces almonds
Add dates ( if you want sweet )
1 scoop protein powder ( optional ) I don’t use
Blend & enjoy
