Recipe :
1/2 cup milk any
1/4 cup quick oats
1 frozen banana
1 small coffee
2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
3 dates
10 pieces cashew
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 ice 🧊 cubes ( optional as the banana is frozen )
1 scoop protein powder ( optional ) I don’t use
