Recipe :

1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp greek yogurt I used vanilla
3 tbsp pumpkin 🎃 puree
1 banana 🍌
1 tbsp maple 🍁 syrup or honey
2 tsp nescafe coffee ( you can skip if you are not a coffee person )
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 scoop protein powder ( if you are using )
3 ice cubes
Blend and serve !!
