71 Hwy NB ramp from I-435 EB due to double fatal crash

Two men are dead in a crash after a police chase stemming from a disturbance at a south KC bar. The ramp to 71 Hwy NB from I-435 EB was closed as authorities investigated and cleared the scene. It was expected to remain closed through the beginning of the morning commute.
