INGREDIENTS:

Rolls:

4 cups / 500 g flour
1 cup of lukewarm milk (250 ml glass)
1/4 cup of lukewarm water
7 g of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter

Paste for brushing the rolls:

1 teaspoon of dry yeast / 3 g
1 heaping teaspoon of brown sugar
about 1/4 cup of lukewarm water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
75 g of rice flour
1 teaspoon of salt
