I looked out my window this morning and although it wasn't SHTF outside, it was storming. So I figured, what better day to get out and test gear?

I know this sounds like a repetitive theme but that's because it is. We need to test our gear and equipment in the worst conditions that our environment provides us with. As a prepper, the weather should be a huge part of your planning. And we are constantly reminded by the news that the general population seems to ignore it wholeheartedly. So, give yourself the upper hand and be aware of what works and what doesn't in the worst that your area has to offer.
