State asks SCOTUS to Ban the mutilation of 4-year-olds.

Dr. Chaps reports the news that Idaho Republican Attorney General Raúl Labrador is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to allow his state to continue enforcing its law against ‘gender transitioning’ minors while a legal challenge on the merits works its way through the courts.

In another state, the Alabama Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that an embryo created through in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is a minor child and is no different under the law from an unborn child in the womb.
