The way out of diet fatigue is THROUGH it.

One of the biggest issues people have with dietary adherence is fatigue. Not necessarily physiological although that can be a part of it. What I’m referring to is the psychological component.

When you’re eating to gain or lose weight, there’s this period of time that’s just draining and worst, it happens right about when the deficit or additional nutrition is starting to have a meaningful effect.

The typical response from many people which leads to a loss of consistency, is to go one way, make the surplus or deficit greater to ostensibly make things happen faster in exchange for temporarily increased suffering or just quit entirely.
