She is normal size, normal shape, normal body and she says, “I hate the way I look! I'm fat. I'm horribly overweight. And not only that,” the girl says, “my friends during lunchtime keep rejecting my truth, telling me I'm pretty and I'm fine and I'm not overweight.”

[The school counselor responds] “I can't believe they're telling you that. We are going to make everyone in this school-no one is going to call you normal or thin. They're all going to call you overweight.”

[Later in this girl’s home class the counselor points to the students] You dare to say anything other than this is a fat girl in the room, you will be disciplined.”

That is the level of hard hearted, well-intentioned madness that is not helping anyone.
